However, some advertisers may not wish to have their ads appear on certain specific sites. Reasons could be that they might be competitors. Other reasons could be that they sell products or offer similar services and they simply don't want their brand to be associated with. Now a new Yahoo tool for advertisers allows them to specify up to 250 Web sites or sections of sites in Yahoo's partner distribution network on which Internet marketers don’t want their ads to appear. Its new Superpages Video advertising network will allow small-to-medium-sized businesses to communicate the uniqueness of their products, services or business environments on a local basis. Eric Chandler, President of Idearc Media said "we received good reception from small businesses for video advertising in the Seattle, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay areas that it made sense to roll it out nationally."
